I am a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer, and Level 5 Qualified Nutrition Consultant, with over 15 years of experience helping individuals improve their health, fitness, and overall well being.
I specialise in functional fitness, sustainable fat loss, and long-term health transformation, working with a wide range of clients—from complete beginners to those managing complex medical conditions.
