Sometimes people will just want to workout in the comfort of there own homes. If this is you, well thse sessions will suit you down to the ground. With a mixture of cardiovascular and body weight exercises suited to your level of fitness, these session will keep you in tip top condition.

Cancellation Policy

For Personal Training cancellations, please give 24 hour notice to avoid being changed the full amount. This does not apply for boxing circuits, owing to the nature of the class this charge is non refundable.
